Explore the Arctic Wilderness under the Stars
Experience the magic of Arctic nature under the blanket of night! Tromsø sits right on the Arctic Circle, offering beautiful, quiet landscapes covered in fresh snow. This is your best chance to get close to the stunning nature here and witness the spectacular Arctic skies.
Nighttime Magic and Wildlife
As you walk on snowshoes, you will enjoy unique views of the snowy mountains and impressive fjords illuminated by the moon or starlight. Moving quietly helps us spot wildlife, and we will actively seek spots where we have the best chance of witnessing the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis). Keep an eye out for reindeer, fast Arctic foxes, and different kinds of birds, giving you a quick look into the lively Arctic ecosystem.
Arctic weather can change quickly. Please wear warm layers of clothing to stay protected from the cold. Make sure to wear good, warm winter boots to keep your feet dry throughout the trip. All the necessary gear, including snowshoes, poles, and headlamps, is included in your tour.
